Can I Do Rebonding After Bleaching?

Conventional wisdom dictates that you should not bleach your hair after rebonding and vice versa. This is because both processes tend to strip your cuticles and break the disulfide bonds. This results in delicate and vulnerable hair. Rebonding might make your hair sleek and straight, but the chemicals in them, coupled with the heat from a straight iron, is actually very damaging.

However, thanks to the Nobel Prize winning discovery, it is now possible to do rebonding, bleaching and coloring on the same day! Nevertheless, you still have to put in extra care before, during and after the process. We also recommend rebonding first, as doing so after bleaching and coloring will strip off your hair color.
